Senior Planner
Amanda joined the NSVRC as a Regional Planner in December 2019 after interning with the organization for six months. A native of Winchester, Virginia, Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University. At NSVRC, Amanda provides planning and zoning services to the Town of Middletown and the Town of Tom’s Brook. Additionally, she serves as the program manager for the region’s solid waste and recycling planning efforts, as well as for the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) program. Amanda also offers technical assistance in various planning areas and contributes creative and design support to staff projects.
