Director of Finance and Administration
Brianna joined the NSVRC in March of 2026 with over 8 years of experience in Local Government Administration. She previously served as the Human Resources Manager for RSW Regional Jail and prior to that was the Deputy Clerk to the Board of Supervisors in Clarke County. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shepherd University. She has been a Certified Municipal Clerk since 2022 and a SHRM-Certified Professional since 2024. Brianna currently resides in Warren County with her family.
